Perform duties as a voice engineer at the RNOSC-A (Regional Network Operations and Security Center, Afghanistan) in Bagram, Afghanistan.  Duties included troubleshooting voice issues with various units and agencies throughout Afghanistan and globally.  This includes call routing issues between strategic and tactical assets.  Assist in Call Manager troubleshooting.  Work in conjunction with DISA and CENTCOM regarding voice engineering projects in Afghanistan.

Ø      Completed Gatekeeper upgrade across Afghanistan.

I performed the duties of VoIP engineer for RC-N at Camp Marmal, Afghanistan.  I provided tier 2 support and troubleshooting for all assets located in the RC-N area of responsibility including both tactical and strategic networks.  I worked with JNCC-A to resolve voice issues related to RC-N customers.  I worked with SNAP/CPN/JNN as well as CUCM systems.

I assisted with engineering tactical voice migration to relocate all voice services in RC-N.

I oversaw the turn up of voice assets in the new TCF facility in RC-N.

Performed as Lead Engineer for all Theater Strategic VoIP Operations in Iraq. Maintained classified and non-classified VoIP networks throughout Iraq, including 10 remote sites. Developed and implemented network changes in order to improve operations, efficiency, and security.
